• Danielle is working on 990 filing to make sure that we’re up to date with IRS

• New business

• Board members

• Due to the roll off of several of our board members, Domino and Danielle are working to establish a nomination committee of folks to help choose new board members

• We ideally want these to be folks who are on the festival court of winners as well as members from the local performing arts community 

• In order to support the growth of the board and make adjustments to our bylaws, Domino and Danielle agreed to bring on interim board members that will help with the rebuild process. These board members will be voted on and are also obligated to sign an agreement to fulfilling their 6 month term of support. 

• Annual and impact report

• Need to work on flushing out these two reports to share with donors and supporters. It’s possible that we will need to outsource this work for a fee unless Danielle is able to find time to create it.
