We’ve been instructed by Lauren Upshaw not to respond to their allegations against Psyril and the festival as we believe them to be false. This was concluded after carefully reviewing footage from the festival.
ME are still planning on making a statement around consent and REALLY want to post the video from the festival of Psyril’s performance. I told them before they added us as cosigners on anything that we would need to review the statements. So far none have been sent our way.
Board Treasurer
We need support by way of a treasurer and eventually a book keeper
Need to transition funds/account to a separate account and bank, maybe a local one, to make sure funds continue to stay separate from wtfemme productions and also accessible by the board. We would want an expenses acct, operations acct and savings acct if at all possible.
Who wants to be the treasurer?
Does anyone have any book keeper recommendations?
Board Terms
We are approaching the end of our first year as board members. According to the bylaws, folks have the choice to either stay on for another year or put in their notice to vacate their position by October 30th to meet the 90-day notification rule. Any folks who wish to submit their resignation must email their notification to the femmefestdtx@gmail.com account for documentation purposes.
