Virtual Board Meeting 2/17

Marie motioned to follow up about Kristen/ Ranch’s application and board vote. 

Bradley motioned to elect Kristen/ Ranch. 

Dasia seconded the motion. 

Kristen/ Ranch was voted onto the board unanimously. Majority rules, motion carried, Kristen was voted onto the BOD and meeting was adjourned.
