See You At Staybridge Suites
Our hotel block is at Staybridge Suites, located at 2204 San Jacinto Blvd.
The dates for booking are anywhere between September 9th - 15th . Below is the link for performers to book their stay with two room options.
1 Queen bed Suite - 119$ a night
2 Queen bed Suite - 129$ a night.

Request a Host Home
Let us know if you’d like to request to stay with a host home. Housing with a host home can look like:
A spare bedroom
An office with a pullout couch
A living room with a couch or air mattress
Host homes are at no cost to the performer and are on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Nearby Airports
We have two airports nearby:
Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport - 25 miles, 30 minutes from Denton
This is a busy airport. Plan to arrive two hours before your flight departs.
Dallas-Love Field Regional Airport - 36 miles, 45 minutes from Denton
This airport, while smaller, can sometimes be busy. We recommend that you plan to arrive an hour and a half before your flight departs.

Join Denton Queer Film Club for an instant film photo walk at Arts and Autos around the downtown Denton square. Take photos of or with vintage autos and each other and enjoy an early afternoon of arts, autos, and the Denton community.

When is Call Time?

Call time is one hour before your showcase begins.
For instance, Open Showcases start at 8pm, so performer call time is 7pm.
When is Tech Rehearsal?

Tech rehearsal varies from showcase to showcase.
Thursday: 6:30 pm
Friday: 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm
Saturday: 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm
Sunday: 10:00 am to 11:00 am
Do I get a plus one?

Due to the fundraising nature of this event, plus ones are not available. If you require a dresser, please communicate with the technical director who will help accommodate your needs. Plus ones can purchase their own pass for 50% off when using code “PLUSONEPAL” at checkout.
What is the weather like?

In September, Denton, TX, experiences warm weather that gradually cools, with average daily highs ranging from 92°F to 83°F and overnight lows between 61°F and 72°F.
Can I go to the rest of the festival?

Yes you can! All performer badges are good for entry into any showcase throughout the weekend.
