Building up queer artists and entertainers by investing in our community, creating connections, and a strong network of support.
Artists don’t grow in isolation. We brings queer artists together through networking opportunities, master classes, panels, conversations, and other experiences designed to spark connection and collaboration.
Our aim is to help artists cultivate community and a solid foundation to build upon for their career and craft. As space-makers, we’re opening up opportunities for relationships to grow, for productions to begin or sustain, and to hear from others who paved the way for the work they’re doing today.
Whether it’s your first day or five hundredth day, there is space for everyone to find connections that help artists move forward.
Investing in Local Productions
Our community wouldn’t exist without the local productions that open up stages for queer artists and entertainers to showcase their work. That’s why we’re working to grow our micro grants program, where four local productions per year will receive a grant from the WTFemme Arts Foundation to use as capital to grow their production.
Examples include buying a new spot light, stage curtains, funding payroll for each show, or official merchandise. We’re hoping these investments in our local community of producers will sustain their work by enhancing their production, however that may be.

Networking
Networking is a great way to meet and interact with one another outside of the performance space in a low-stakes environment.
From happy hours to arts and crafts hangs to social meet ups at a local matcha shop, we hope that folks can gather safely, genuinely, and together make new connections that help elevate each other’s work and in turn, our community.
Master Classes and Panels
We aim to offer Master Classes and Panels featuring masters of the arts who have made their mark on our industries and are shaping change in their own communities.
Our goal is to provide educational opportunities to our community, while bridging the gap between seasoned professionals and budding creators who are looking for inspiration as they make their own way in the world.
