Working on T-shirts! Stage and set up- needs to go to gloves. Will share Pinterest board for ideas/ ways to help bring the stage to life.

Communications (Tulla)

Working on getting performer reels posted despite a very COMPREHENSIVE EMAIL

Created both a task management and an in-house link collection area

Just working on getting the judges locked in.

Will be looking into a couple of volunteers that can do the scoring during the competitions.

Tech Dept (Domino)

Tech forms are ready to go out Monday-

need to compile list of all performers’ email addresses (preferably by showcase)

Sponsorship

• Please share the sponsorship deck with friends, family, colleagues, rich friends, etc - the asks can start right now. 

Notes

• Bradley motioned to add meeting minutes signed by secretary. We will update and vote later as well as incorporate that in new meeting agendas. 

• C3 status pending, all sites have been updated to reflect that. We can accept donations. 

• Pan Ector design inspo slides- Board to review and add content for shirt designs. 

• Discussing after party location on Saturday-We gotta ask about a van, transportation logistics for luggage and performers. Who does harvest have in terms of entertainment? Harvest house is available on that date and can do a Femme Fest cocktail as a fundraiser. 

• August car wash at Triptych- more details to come soon. 

• Discussed donor tracking sheet and donor solicitation guidelines. Goal is to have donors solidified by EOM. Initial emails 7/6-12, Follow ups 7/13-19, Finalized contribution/ meetings 7/20-26. We will not need funds til 9/1. Bradley motioned to create a pledge document.

• Birdie to schedule Volunteer Meet & Greet Mixer at UB. Event scheduled on a Sunday afternoon/ evening at the end of August.

• Host Homes: Tulla, Potentially Domino, Marie, (Tulla to ask Katy & Lindsay about space) 

• Hosts confirmed, Tulla to ask Captain about hosting King competition showcase. 

• Adding Henlo Bullfrog to the showcase. 

• Community award for Daniel Peña

• Tulla to connect with Sodi to ask about arts grants. 

• LT to share link to the task board for Board members to get onboarded into the system.
