1. C3 process! 

• In the final steps, hoping to complete the process this week  

2. PanEctor Printing @ festival 

• Need to follow up on this, can we schedule time to discuss the design? Possibly at the next all-hands meeting.  

• Will do planning at all hands meeting on july 13

3. Thin Line Film Fest (fundraiser show)

• Saturday, April 26th @ Harvest House

• Very fun 10/10 good time 

• Thoughts on future events in that space? 

4. GDAC Partnership - Education Programming

• Emailing GDAC this week to follow up

• Can we talk about a general “needs” list we might need from the education room for our instructors?

• PA/ Speakers

• Presentation/ Vixie has projector that we can use 

• No green space

• Possibly using indoor of gloves for dance? 

• Create materials about how to get around denton 

5. Asana

Performers are starting to promo 

We will begin releasing promo with the entire cast for the festival as well as announcing the headliners

Working on agreements with all of our judges for comp showcases 

Also working on creating contracts for all performers and reaching out to them for video promo.

• Want to wait to promote for irdessence

workin on building up some crew (volunteer feelers)

possible help creating flyer/post for volunteers. Feels like we need to nail down theme needs ASAP

• Not a lot of interest in doing future drag and burlesque shows there
